Good pool, parking by hotel. A safe box, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Location not far from central station and major shopping centres, and restaurants/bars for eating out options.

Spacious room for a family of four, including a cot. Friendly staff, especially towards our baby/toddler. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Convenient location with nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Helpful staff that speaks English.

Felt completely relaxed, no reason to complain.

The rooms were well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was great to have the option to completely block out the light for a good night's sleep. The staff really went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially when they saw that we were traveling with children. They provided us with softer pillows, extra towels, and even kids' slippers, which made our stay much more convenient.

The free wifi was not easily accessible, so we ended up relying on our own wifi router throughout our stay. It would have been much more convenient if the hotel offered free wifi for all guests.

The location is marvellous, 1 mile from a 17th - century castle. It is nestled in a shopping area next to main attractions and science museums and Sakae, Nagoya station and Osu Kannon...

Our stay at Hilton Nagoya was exceptional. The staff genuinely cared about our experience and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The Japanese Suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic Japanese style bathroom. The views of Nagoya from our suite were breathtaking, especially at night. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options, both western and Japanese. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The location is great, close to the city center, Sakae district, train station, Osu Kannon temple.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, perfect for my family of three. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was an incident where my brother lost his wallet, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us in coordinating with various places, including the police. We were able to recover the wallet thanks to their assistance. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to a train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the pool and hot bath, were excellent and kept my son entertained. I was impressed with the cleanliness, the quality of the toiletries, and the overall service provided by the staff.

During our stay at Hilton Nagoya, we had a wonderful experience at the executive lounge. The staff members, especially Tommy Tomiyama, Kana Kobayashi, and Dancing, were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their exceptional service truly enhanced our stay and we appreciate them a lot. The hotel's location near a train station was also convenient for exploring the city. The pool and the connected hot bath and sauna provided great relaxation options. The toiletries provided were of good quality and our room had wide windows that offered a captivating view. we had a pleasant and enjoyable time at Hilton Nagoya.

Spent Christmas here and it was a great experience. Loved the breakfast buffet and the complimentary chocolates and champagne! Perfect location, walking distance to city center and train station. Had a great view from our spacious room.

Wish the soundproofing was better, could hear noise from neighboring rooms. Also, shuttle service to other areas could have been more frequent.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a good breakfast selection. The top floor rooms provide a stunning night view. The executive lounge staff is English-speaking and supportive.

The hotel is located in a central area with plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests, such as opening a side entrance for an early departure and allowing guests to wait in the cafe. The rooms are spacious and appealing, with comfortable beds and the option to upgrade to a suite for more space and a club floor entrance.

The hotel may need some renovations, as some rooms are showing signs of age and have a chemical smell from new interior materials.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the full body massage and facial were heavenly, and the treatment rooms provided complete privacy. the restaurant offered a delectable in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

The only downside was that the shuttle service to the subway station was infrequent, which made it difficult to travel with a child. However, the exceptional service from the staff made up for any inconvenience.
